Hey Everyone,

My name is Christian and I live in Warrensburg, New York. I go to Global Fitness (G-Fit), the best gym in the entire world!!! I love all the Les Mills Programs! I love Les Mills and take at least a class a day, I can't get enough! I am certified Body Step and I hope to also become an instructor for Body Pump and Body Attack! But, I would never have the energy or the ambition to go to the gym without my twin sister, Cassondra. She will scream her head off if I don't want to go and she is the one of the only reasons why I have gotten this far!

I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY! I can not stop taking pictures, I always take pics of the launches! My camera never leaves my side. I have 5 cameras, so I never miss a moment! Last launch I took 700 pictures and they all look perfect, At least thats what everyone tells me.
OMG!! I got a new camera, it's a Canon Rebel xti, yeah baby!

I also have to give a shout out to Sherri Lamy! Sherri is like my second mother! You could not ask for a better friend, mother, supporter, or person to know. Without her I would not have a way to get to Global Fitness and would not be able to steal CD's and listen to them in her car! Remember, there's a new sherrif in town!!

I met all of the program directors and presenters, they are soooooo nice! I got pictures with all of them and I was amazed to see all of them. I love Body Step 73, it might be my new all time favorite!!!

Great to see you. How are things going up there? Hope you're holding everyone together. how's the teaching coming along? It was great seeing the photos on your profile. Everyone looks great. Things are busy down here. Working on getting the agreements signed so we can start teaching the programs. I've been going a bit stir-crazy not being able to teach. I didn't realize how much I would really miss it.

Katie	Hi, I started teaching Bodypump and RPM. I don't teach at the moment, but I will again in a few months and then I will take the course to and finally become a real instructor!

I could have been a BP instructor by now, but unfortunately I had to move, so i couldn't take the course!!!:(

I hope to move back to Holland in a few months, then I can go back to my old gym, which was like my home, just like you, I could not go a day without taking a LM class...

teaching is amazing, isn't it!? It gives me such a good feeling, I love it!

And, yes, I have also got a sis who screams her head of if I don't feel like going one dya, (it's also the other way round!!)

I could not live without LM and my sister and friends/instuctors, who are like my family!
