For everyone who I had pump training with this weekend, thanks so much for making this weekend a blast! Who would have thought that this tiring and intensive training could have been fun;-) Maybe I'm just demented, who knows!?! You all are amazing people and I admire your passion for fitness and all the hard work that you do. I hope that we can stay in contact and hopefully go to each other's gym to teach together!! A road trip sounds like fun (even the 6 1/2 trip to Michigan;-) Thank you so much Lara, you ROCK!! You definitely pushed us to the MAX but of course did it in a way where it was still fun! Who would have thought you could still have fun when you like literally feel like your arms and legs are going to fall off!! ;-) Your a great instructor, keep it up!!

Hi, my name is Chrissy. I am a body jam and just recently a body pump instructor at Gold's Gym in Joliet, Illinois. I work with awesome people who love what they do! I have been a cheerleader for thirteen years so I do have a dance and gymnastic background. I love to dance! I also love working out and breaking a sweat. I go running or rollarblading everyday on the bike trail with my pups and absolutely love it! I have a miniature dachshund and and chiwawa terrier. My puppies and I love to go camping, hiking, pretty much anything out doors, and we love watching the animal planet. I am a huge animal lover and have been a vegetarian for 16 years. I do alot of runs/walks for causes like March of Dimes, Breast Cancer, and other causes. If it is something I believe in or feel strongly about I support the cause as much as I possibly can. I just graduated from Lewis University with a Special Education degree, a general education degree, and a minor in psychology. I have a teaching job at Shepherd Middle School in Ottawa working with 8th grade students with learning disabilities and emotional disorders. I am blessed to be able to dance and work with amazing people, be part of Les Mills, have a great family and friends that mean the world to me, have two puppies that I love to death, to be able to teach to amazing kids, and I have a great man by my side. I'm very grateful!
