My name is chris from Massachusetts. I am a Bodycombat Inst. and also am looking to take on new programs like BV,and BP! However, Bodycombat will always be my second love.(tammy is my first):-p I have many long term goals with it and hope to bring what I have found to many people, for many years!!

BC Pet Peve- The cost of the clothes!, Ice, Ice Baby..can people really do this after teaching a class?? hahah Who came up with that one??, Nate(old BC Inst.) saying "chest up" so we can understand it!

Funnest BC moment- Anthony saying to a class of 30+ "Take a look at Chris's Knees" During the warm-up to "Angels" (you had to be there to get that one!)
-forgeting to zip my fly before class, only to zip it up right on stage! haha

-KNOWN FACTS ABOUT HOW TOUGH DAN AND RACH ARE-
Dan and Rach dont read books. They stare them down until they get the information they want.

Rather than being birthed like a normal child, Dan Cohen instead decided to punch his way out of his mother's womb. Shortly thereafter he grew a beard.

Since the early eighty's, the time period Dan and Rach were born, roundhouse kick related deaths have increased 13,000 percent

Dan and Rach do not sleep. They wait.

There is no chin behind Dans beard. There is only another fist.

On the 7th day, God rested.... Dan and Rach took over.

When Dan and Rach were denied a Bacon McMuffin at McDonalds because it was 10:35, they roundhouse kicked the store so hard it became a KFC.

Dan and Rach dont need to swallow when eating food.

Dan and Rach do not use spell check. If they happen to misspell a word, Oxford will simply change the actual spelling of it.

Dan and Rach have already been to Mars, that's why there are no signs of life there.

Some people wear Superman pajamas. Superman wears Dan and Rach pajamas.

When the boogeyman goes to sleep, he checks his closet for Dan and Rach.

There are no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, Dan and Rach live in Aukland,NZ.

Some kids piss their name in the snow. Dan can piss his name into concrete.

Dan and Rach can slam revolving doors.

Giraffes were created when Dan and Rach uppercutted a horse.

Charles	No biggie bro! It was a little short notice and I've been traveling so much it was tough to plan anyway. Bummer about the Q but no biggie since I won't be there either. Unfortunately I'll be out of town...AGAIN! We'll hook up though again soon. I'll be in Needham, MA in the fall. That anywhere near you?

Charles	Check out the "events" page, then find the Q and "schedule" is somewhere at the bottom. Basically, pump is first, and combat's last with all "the other stuff" between. :-0
