I am so glad I got to finally meet you hun. I am so sorry I didn't get to take your Attack class Sunday. I don't know if Robert told you, but someone broke into my Jeep on Saturday night and the passenger front window was broken. It was seriously like CSI Tampa. But I had a fabulous time overall. I hope you decide to do the Pump training. And if you do please let me know and we'll meet up again.

Hey. I'm not going to quarterly :(. For the time being, no high impact, so that leaves just doing Body Flow, maybe RPM...... Bummer. I'm sure you will have an AWESOME time!

Hi Cory! Good to see you this AM! I haven't seen ya in a while! Are you still teaching BA at HP? I'm bummed..... My doc said no more high intensity training..... So BA is out for me. I totally loved yours, Silvia's,and Kelly's class! You guys are inspirational!
