I see that you passed you BODYPUMP certification!! Woohoo!! I am so glad for you!
I will see if I can come up for the master class on Friday. That would be a good practice round for me! Who is your trainer?
I have an instructor at my gym who may go through the training. If it was another weekend, I would go back through it. what are the hours on Saturday? you know what? I might could come and just miss part of the 3rd day...we actually launch on Sunday so I could come for the first 2 days....I will check into that!
Holler at me when you know who is coming! would love to see you..maybe your phone would not get thrown in toilet next time!!

Hey sweetie; how are you?! Well, we are just pumpin our brains out over here in Auburn! We launched BP 69 about 3 weeks ago; so we won't do another launch until July or August. I will keep you posted. I have started learning old bodypump releases from 5 years ago for mixing purposes; so that has been time consuming as well. What have you been up to over there?

let me know when the training is...i would love to come for the master class!! Glad to know everything is going better for you. BODYCOMBAT has been moved to Sunday afternoons at 3pm. Let me know when you can come. I may be teaching. We also do it on Tuesday nights at 530pm. I teach this one...
