Sept 14 Running 1/2 marathon here Lewis and Clark

Chicago Mania here I come. Super Q--Oct 2 thru Oct 5

I ran in hurrcane Ike Sept 14. It was suppose to be 13 miles, but was cut short to 10 due to wind and rain.

Body flow training Oct 10-12 I am so exited.

Just finished BF training and I made it. I PASSED !!!!!!!!YEA

Availability

I am looking to do Aquatic classes during the week and some weekends

I love bodyjam it is so much fun. We should have a bodyjam night out and rock the house down

Hiromi	Danita, You mean my avatar pic? That is my father-in-law's JD. He drinks JD & Coke. I am not much of a drinker, but I though I look like I am. I am so basted! Is there any good Sushi restaurant in St Charles? I am always looking for good sushi place when I go new area. FYI...I am almost 5'3'....really! I know I will shrink when I get older...;-( Hiromi

Thanks for the email and friend invite. I love these programs and have dedicated my time and life to a career in helping others meet their goals. Les Mills is a life changing experience and every time I teach, I try to remember that a change is taking place right before my eyes. People have given up their most valuable posession...their time, just for you! So, make it worth their while!!! Love what you do and do what you Love. Good luck with your instructing.....carry on!

Hey Danita!

I hope this finds you happy & healthy.What's good in your neck of the woods? It's been stupid hot. I say 'stupid' because that's how people act after being exposed too long. I can't complain too much because the sunsets have been to die for.

I see you teach BP & BS. I love both of those and i am seriously considering expanding my LM repertoire. We'll see. I'm so hooked on Jam and creating a following here that I'm not sure I'd have the time or the energy. In the meantime, I'm a constant in the classes of others.
