I went thru training with Angel on 34, last Feb. I LOVED that Rach taught 8 and 10 without talking. (Definitely gonna have to steal that one) I watched 37 before the SQ, then did it there, but haven't started working on it, yet. We're launching it mid-October. It's a really great one, and such a leg burner!

Hi Dana! Saw your profile and wanted to say "hi". Great pics from the Super... how awesome was that, huh? Totally inspiring and motivating, and it's so great to get time with Dan and Rach. Those 2 are awesome. Can't wait for the next one!

Yeah... I know what u mean. When i got trained in B.J., I said that would be the only program. Now 3 program's later and 1 more to go. They do get addicting. Where @ the super Q in New York? Take care. Anthony.

Got through a Combat class last night. I was nervous after Tuesday. LOL But I'm up and ginga'ing again!! lol See you tomorrow. I'm sooooo excited!!!

Ha I knew you would, all that talk about this is your first program and blah blah. You did great in training, you had an awesome class and I am sure your tape was amazing. Just keep on getting better and I am sure you will be great!
