Hey Les Mills Team!

I've been teaching PUMP since 2005 here in Northern California. Each year since I've added a new program--ATTACK in 2006, FLOW in 2007 now in 2008 VIVE.

Aren't Les Mills programs the best?!? What else can you do that helps bring such a huge, diverse group of people to their greatest physical potential but is simultaneously loads of fun and a fantastic workout in the process? Pinch me!

Some things few of my fellow instructors know about me... My "other life" is as a fine artist. I'm an experienced metal caster (bronze, aluminum and iron) and am quite a good welder (TIG prefered over MIG). I LOVE tools and spend about half my day in a foundry. That means I relish the opportunity to dress up in clothes (and shoes) that aren't going to get sweaty or dirty.

*****************************************

Current Teaching Schedule:
Mon. 12:15pm VIVE
5:30pm PUMP
Wed. 8:00am FLOW
5:30pm PUMP
Fri. 9:20am FLOW
Sat. 10am PUMP

No regular ATTACK class right now.

Availability

I'd be thrilled to pick up another BODYFLOW or BODYVIVE class. Early mornings are dandy. Depending on where you are, let's see what other times work in the schedule with travel time.

Hi Donna
It is Donna from Alabama!
hope all is well with you.
It is midnight here and I couldn't sleep so I thought I would catch up with all the Donnas with Les Mills.
How many Donna's did you find?
Write when you can.

I'm mostly unpacked; however the house here is twice the size so now I have no furniture... its always something. How are things in CA? Haven't taught a flow class in MONTHS! I love the new release. Alrighty- hope all is well with you. catch ya later

hey girl
I know I know, 4 programs kills me, no idea what I'll do w/5 but I'm needing some balance and I'm hoping like you said that the zen part of me from Combat will fall into place w/Flow
I've taken 41 a few times and think I can do most of it, some of the flexibility stuff will be challenging
I've found out I have the tightest hips on the planet, but I'm up for the challenge
Would love to come LM w/you next time I'm in the Bay Area (hopefully November)
:)

Hey Donna, thanx for the add. It's nice to meet you. At this moment, you can gues I've the nightshift. There is a lot of work to do. But maybe it's possible to learn RPM or BP.
When you're coming to Holland one day, I know you'll find a sportcentre with LM program.
Yesterdag we had the relaunch from the last releases & everyone enjoyed. RPM 39 is allready a hit and BA 61 is fun.

I'll go back to work, let's keep in touch.

HAPPY LATE BIRTDAY!!
Thank you for being a friend!!

Just got cert. 6/8 bodypump. Can't wait to teach.

How cool is your skill! My husband is in love with BRONZE!!! He does construction and work on the house as a hobby . Our house is an old victorian and our 1st (needed and still needs lots of work)! Most of the metal fixtures we pick are bronze and copper.

Please send pics of your work if you can when you drop me a line!! I would love to see them!

I like to create & draw as a hobby. I don't do it as much since I fostercare for cats/ kittens and volunteer at the animal shelter on my leisure time.

I love dogs too, but work crazy hours . It would not be fair to the dogs!

I hope you ate & drank all the things you wanted on your birthday!!!
