Qualified To Teach

Hello to all! Hope you are all doing well and making this world a better place!

Hands down, BodyAttack is the most beneficial class! I am absolutely in love with this format that LesMills has allowed the States to support.

I just came out of training, adding BA as my 4th format overall and have to say that it kicked my already-in-shape-butt! What a challenge! The beep drill was my favorite exercise by far and I’ve never been so JAZZED off of an endorphin high as I was immediately following the fitness assessment. 76 beeps – damn G!

I am happy to say that taking part in group fitness for that past four years has modeled me into the instructor I am today and has readied me for BA. I started my LesMills addiction with BodyJam, moving BodyStep and then required myself to teach BodyPump. I think that all BS instructors should dabble in BA because it ups your game and will bring a whole new skill level to any step class. Is anyone else a LesMills junkie? What’s your next class?

I am going with my team to the QT in NYC! I haven’t been this excited to travel in a long time! I hope I see some familiar sweaty faces while I am there! It's going to be like seeing Madonna with all the head-hon-chos there...Who’s going from the big AZ?

Matty	Love the BODYATTACK launch pics. I went to BA training last weekend and can finally attest to the soreness that everyone speaks of coming out of this training. My video is due in February so I have a lot of getting ready to do. Congrats on going for it!
