Hi!
My name is Elena, I am from Latvia and I live in Dubai for 11 years now - love the sunshine.

I have started attending Les Mills programes in 2005 and can't live without them now. I am a big fun of RPM, Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Jam. I am very lucky that I train with the best instructors in the Middle East and that I got great friends in fitness industry; and though I am not qualified to teach I do enjoy two classes daily six days a week immensely, it gives me strength and a positive attitude to life.

I am new on this page - it would be great to hear from people who love the programmes as much as I do.
