I am 20 years old from South Carolina! Go gamecocks! I go to College of Charleston *** the best place in the world!

I currently work at Gold's Gym in West Ashley! I absolutely love the people there and the instructors have been more than nice to accept me onto their awesome fitness team over there! However, I will always love my people at Hampton Hill and will always appreciate them for getting me started in teaching!! Love y'all and miss y'all!!

I have to thank Darren and Elizabeth especially for their excellent training in attack and Jan, David, Meg for their awesome training for pump! Couldn't have done it without y'all!

My number one influence however has been my mom!! Who has been in the fitness industry teaching aerobics since I was born!! Thanks for being such a great supporter and role model! Love you!!

For everyone from training - I miss y'all and keep on attackin!! Let me know how everything is going! I love updates!

UPDATES: (7/3) Just finished my first video!Fortunately it wasn't a disaster!

(7/14) Second attempt at a video and I'm sending it in!!! I'm so glad thats over with!!

(8/8) PUMP TRAINING at Gold's Gym in Irmo!

(9/10) Passed my attack video! So glad to be officially certified!

Trisha	CONGRATS on passing your video!!!! Way to go. now onto Pump! If I did another format, it would probably be BodyFlow. I need more flexibility now that I am getting old! Jessica	You did Pump training??!! Very cool! How was it compared to Attack training? I just found out I passed my Attack video! Feels good to have that behind me. Sounds like you are busy! Keep it up!
