My Combat launch was awesome...the class was packed and I nailed my choreo with only a couple of minor screw ups.
It's so exciting to launch a new Les Mills program at a club. Combat is our third program and we've only been open for 19 months. I know our Les Mills programs are the reason that our new club has enjoyed so much success.
As you can tell, I'm a proud GFM and can't wait to bring on more LM programs. Thankfully our club's owner sees the success that comes with LM GF programs and is as excited as I am.
I want JAM next...better learn to dance. Just kidding, this white girl has some moves but I've got to do the program justice so wish me luck!!
My club is Lake Norman Athletic Club and we are just outside of Charlotte, NC...come check us out if you're ever in the area.

Sounds great, Gina! I'm glad to hear Kristin is coming to spend the weekend with us. I'm already here in North Augusta - arrived early today. Just can't wait to meet everybody tomorrow. I bet Kristin will keep you updated on how we are doing :-)

Great to hear about your launch, Gina!! I know what you mean - the plyometric lunges are tough :-) Thank you for your kind words! I know - what a difference to just take the class or actually talk through it the entire 55 minutes, right? I had no doubt that you would rock teaching your classes. Bodycombat is going to be a huge success in your club thanks to YOU, Gina!!! Please stay in touch.

Hey Gina...stumbled across your message and funny as we are in the same boat! I too am looking to bring on Jam because it looks AMAZING and have got the feelers out to some awesome people that teach it! Are you doing the Chicago quarterly? I'm hitting it to see Kili and Laura and maybe pick their brain a bit on the program. I feel like I HAVE to have it but I know it's the most difficult of the LM programs.

I took a class two years ago with Gandolf (that was amazing) but thought afterwards "how does he make it look so easy"?

Good to meet you and I'm with ya!

Hey Gina!
Congrats on your training. As far as BodyJam... it is more difficult to learn, but its an amazing program. If you have the passion, and the time to put into learning it I say GO FOR IT! The music and the feeling you get from it is the best!

Gina, your desire to learn as much detail as possible was unbeliavable! Yes, you did great! You've got solid knowledge of Bodycombat technique now. Continue to practice. I bet soon you will be teaching others in your club :-) You should be proud of what you accomplished already! I remember when you said "If I had known this was going to be so hard..." Hey, you made it. You are on your way now!

Hi Gina good to hear from you. We kicked off the new programs last weekend and we had a blast. Those shoulders kill me, perfect song even though I hated it when I first heard it. The step is the best we've had in a long while. I love it. I need to take the time to come check out you're club sometime. We still miss you at the Y.

Hey - this was unexpected. No, you are correct, misprint on Attack. I would rather teach combat if I did another class.

I would love to come over when you kick it off. Just let me know when a little ahead of time so I can make plans.

I heard you have cut way back at the hospital. I know you are staying really busy with the gym responsibilities. How is Nicholas? Is he a Sr this year?

Fill me in soon. We need to catch up. See you in class....
