Oh... i found out from the website that there is peanut chocolate chip for the Soyjoy bar!! 2 of your favourite combination lei.. choco can nuts.. :DD But seems like not available in Singapore.. will try to see whether can buy online and get it just for you... but that will be after Ramadan of cos..

Hope you are well,
Don't worry about the $$$, I think this no gym thingy will last for more than a week...maybe month? months? not sure, but still not pain free and if not, better not kick or jump around...the back will undergo further checks starting tomorrow, hopefully its just minor, it sucks big time,

How's your weekend the lovely cat lady? did you join the nude running event with Manko and Chinko? I believe there were fireworks between them during running, must have been beautiful :)
hope the rain has stopped over there... the weather is clearing up here but people take it as an opportunity for roadworks and house renovations... noise and pollutions :(
tiger looks like momo! is tiger a boy or girl? fluffy hair after shower... sexy! yeah yeah I need to get over with my obsessions with the feline but look at this hairless cutie!

Wat a Human JAM Run ytd! Can't believe my eyes when i "crashed" with runners who are coming back after our 1km run flag off point. And worse is last 5km running path way which only allows 2 persons & ppl are not running! ~!@#$%^&* Can't wait to leave the place after i reach finishing line, First & last!
Oh ya, hope all birdie stuff ok for u, any defaults do let me know & thanks for the body privilege too. Hope all the vitamins works on me lo :p

Liz!!! Thanks for all your messages. I know you will love lipstick jungle. I have watched the first 13 episodes already. I don't know if anymore will be released, but I have enjoyed what I've watched so far.
Launched BC 37 last week at two different gyms and the participants have love it so far.It really hurts your butt. Ouch - in this release.
Not too busy at work (full time job).
1st day of spring and the sun is out, but been very windy.
How are things going with you.

*SWEAT*, wah piang, just reading your description of the acupuncture process is raising my blood pressure, wat is a burner thingy? and how come needles need to be rotated? Arghhhh, sounds like torture, lucky only 2 needles...and you do this every week...YOUCH!!!
Visit to the Dr was okay, meds have been reduced and have to review again in 2 wks time, just some prodding, here and there, but no blood sucking this time...made a bet with shang that I won't have to go for a 2nd review, but lost big time, now owe her a magnum ice cream :p
Feels farny to be spending Fri night at home, normally will all be havocking at PP...
