Hi Fred:
I did not make it to any classes while in Canada, the schedule we had to work did not make it easy to get to the gym, plus i did not have a car...there's always next time!
Hopefully, our paths will cross in the near future.

Nope back in Vernon, BC. We moved to Ontario (Kitchener) in July '07, had another baby there, taught a bit at Highland Hills, Fairway and Waterloo...moved back to Vernon in July '08 and got pregnant again! So, we're in the Okanagan for good...finally planting some roots and having our fourth AND FINAL child! Wendy and I just did our Big Fat Practice on Friday night and are excited about the Extravaganza! We were chatting about you the other day, about how much you do, on top of holding down a full time career! You are incredible! Hope all is well with you and hopefully we'll all hit CanFit next summer in Toronto!

Hi Fred:
I came across your profile when looking up some instructors in New Brunswick, where I will be for work all of next week. I teach BS/BA/BP in the greater Washington, DC area and always look to "crash" a class or two when on the road!
I did not make it to the Quarterly in August, was leaving for vacation that day....:) Hopefully, our paths will cross in the near future!

Didn't make it to Can-Fit Pro but I'm planning on it 2009! Hope all is fantastic with you. It was great catching a glimpse of you in the BP66 and BS72 tapings ... took me back to training in Burlington when I first experienced your flawless technique and unmatched energy! Hey, I am now certified and instructing Pump and have also completed my Newbody certification. I've come a long ways since that first, frightened "Pon de Replay" track in 2006! Come visit us sometime in the beautiful Okanagan! We're a ladies club but the Vernon Vixens would open the door wide for you! Keep up the good work and thank you for being a huge part of the reason I am one of the LMI Instructor Family.
