What can I say, Les Mills, love it, breathe it & Live it!

Originally from the Uk, with a goal to follow and a one way ticket in my hand, this combat instructor set out on his travels.

Three years on and I have been lucky enough to get through Europe teaching..
Then over to New Zealand to train and teach with the South Island Les Mills team
(Awesome time and awesome experience! Those guys truly do rock!If You can't beat them!Certainly join them! Definately returning!)

Currently, You can find me teaching around Sydney clubs, Australia. With plenty more challenges and goals to reach beofre I done!! Bring them on!
