BodyAttack has become an obsession of mine and I'm looking forward to taking it to the max! I enjoy everything active soccer, rock climbing, hiking, golf, swimming. Anything that keeps me young. I have a habit of always tying to be the best not because I'm cocky or competitive but you train harder when you think your #2. When you train against yourself there is always a better You.

Gaby Gaby!!! GREAT job during Launch! after all this time we finally got you through a BodyAttack training. No pressure my friend but we're looking to you to help make the program stronger at the club...again, no pressure. :-) I thought I struggled to get my long arms up in the air in Attack but you make it look so easy. hahahaa! Looking forward to team teaching in a couple of weeks. I better get in shape!
