Aaaahh mine is too tight security causing nose congestion, tender tonsil & head throbbing! Then the lethargy virus also struck! =) Yours surely cos lack of sleep & lack of communiqué!

Going for very late lunch & visit salon for good hair scrub, clear my heavy head..

Halo! Me ended up not going to any class last nite, still woozy..Today not only woozy, but lazy! So sad no BA workout today, clean up clear up for niece & her schoolfriends to come over..I suspect she’s visiting her granny & aunt to get hari raya green packet! Tsk..

Can’t wait to body combat on Friday!

Nice to hear from you again Manko! Hope you are doing ok, wo bu tai hao but chin tsai la... good to hear you survived the F1 chaos... was worried for you because I know you are a delicate and fragile Manko ne :)

Tell your nephew that being close to those stars is nothing compared to having you as relative!!! :)

Also heard from Chinko about Sue giving her all despite of the fasting. She's so good isn't she? Although I haven't seen her in person I can imagine she being splendid and professional... lucky of you to be able to go to POWER sessions all the time!

Did you have lots of good food at Hari Raya? Hope you had some coconut butter prawn / squid at Litsuko's place... it's my fav dish! and also Assam fish... another fav :D
