So... After 3 years of being a BodyPump student and fan, I was convinced to take the plunge and become an instructor. I went through initial training in April '08. Talk about an incredible experience! It's so great to be able to truly help people reach their goals! Looking forward to pushing myself to the next level so that I can be half as good as all my fellow Pump teammates who have inspired and pushed me!

After SuperQ in Poughkeepsie this year, it became crystal clear that everyone in the Les Mills tribe is so passionate about what we do. It's impossible to not be moved by it all!

When you're in the Buffalo area, drop me a line! We love visitors at Gold's Gym! I'll see you at 5:30AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (with my Fruit Loop partner, Celeste!) at our Williamsville location! Start your day out right! Or join me at 6:30PM on Mondays at our Lancaster facility.

10/19/08 - How's this for surreal? I arrived in Ankara, Turkey to visit a customer today. After hopping in the car, my customer turns the radio on and the very first thing I hear is "Rock This Party"! Felt like bustin' out a chest workout on the spot!

10/29/08 - Was fortunate to spend some time with my Les Mills brothers and sisters in Madrid! It's an incredible crew and they put on a fantastic show! I'm so thankful for the opportunity to share with them! (Oscar y Sara: Muchas gracias por todo. Me dejaron cansado! Fueron muy amables y no puedo esperar verlos otra vez! Cuando llegan a los EEUU, nos tenemos que reunir!)

Thats awesome that you like the band. I'm so proud of my brother ever since we were kids he would teach me a few beats on every instrument, drums, bass, guitar, sax and we would jam. When I see him headline n sell out arenas it brings tears to my eyes. Let me know if there is a show you want to go to, maybe we can meet and I'll hook ya up with backstage passes.

Victoria	you'll do great- you have natural connecting abilities :) your GFM will be very proud! I'm going to go to Combat training next weekend, tto! lol!!! I'm even going to go for personal training soon. I hope!!!!

Ann Marie	I am actually running the marathon in two weeks in the Hamptons!! Did 20 miles on thursday and then 10 on saturday - that was a little too close....am excitied. Would love to go to the next Q - we can have a few celebratory cocktails then... have fun am
