Hi Julie Anne! You were my trainer for Flow back in December! I did my video and passed my cert :o) I went through RPM training back in May and am waiting (eagerly and with crossed fingers) for my results. I'm teaching both programs regularly at our "new" Gold's, which is awesome!
Anyhow, just wanted to say hi :o)

Hey Julie!!
Just got back form the quaterly in fredricksburg, Va. -went with Meg and Annette form our training in roanoke.
WE LOVED IT!!I came back feeling strong ( a little sore) and very inspired!!
I am loving FLOW!!
Thanks for the great start!! I have entered the 21st century-with a portable dvd player and an ipod-all for LM music and dvd's!!

I bet you are traveling to all corners of USA. I just finished my last BFl video. This one is the ONE to send. I let you know the outcome so that you know how terrific you are at training us!!!
Let me know when you come around New Orleans for a training so I can go see you and take your Master Class. I just went to Baton Rouge Friday to see Shaunna May and take her BCombat Master class. I could not pass that!
