Just signed up for Charlotte!!! Super excited. I haven't been able to make it to a Q in 2 YEARS!!! We finally launched BF 42 last week. Finally getting to teach now! Its great, I love it. Anyways, hope all is well and I will see you in Charlotte.

Body Flow is coming along great but this past saturday i was at the fair and i broke my foot. Bummer! Although that seems to be my fate....ya know, cuz i'm blonde and all, being clumsy is just the icing on the cake. haha, well i hope everything is going great! hope to talk to you soon!

What up J? Sending in my Body Flow tape today..yes I waited until the last minute as usual. If I have to do 41 one more time I think I am going to shoot myself!!! We are moving on to 42 this weekend!! Can't wait to launch with the girls!
