BTW, I am now Officially a Certified BodyVIVE Instructor, YAHOOOO!!!
Here's the pic of us gals at our BV 8 Launch the Flower Child of the 70's, could not get the spiral design when we did the tie dye shirts because we used the spray on tie dye paint, it was easier to use and less messier too but it would not come out in a spiral design but we did get a Flower effect which was just as good. Hope to hear back from ya soon when you get a chance.

hey Jan I started teaching a little bit this week about two to three and next week I am teaching half of the tracks starting mon. I always remember the "picture perfect technique that you show us my gfm also said I am getting comfortable with mic. Well I talk to you later then

Hi Jan!! this is Patrick from BP67 Training, I just wanted to say thanks for everything, I really learned and enjoyed training. I'm still trying to learn BP67 to "picture perfect". anyhoo, next week oct 11th I'm going to RPM training woo hoo!!.. do you have any good tips for the training???? (if not I guess I'll learn the hard way.) well once again thank you.
ps. I still "love" w/ the bottom of my heart Bon Jovi song.... thanks for giving me that track. =0!

Woo-hoo! Successful BV assessment results and a fantastic launch at BI last month. Am teaching BV on Tuesday nights with Michelle and loving it! Heading to the Chicago Super Q this weekend...can't wait!
