How are YOU?????? What's new in good 'ol Cali??? School is back in full swing and I miss my "summer schedule" already! It's been lots of late/busy days and nights but that's ok...it's all good. Teaching lots at the gym too, so I am a happy girl!
Wow, BF training this weekend....have a super time, get all bendy and enjoy the experience. YOU will be great! I'll be sending you some flowy vibes for sure. Let me know how it goes :-)))))))

It was great meeting you in NY!!! You are such an awesome dude (for an LA-er ;)... j/k ) I enjoyed our deep, meaningful convo! hahaha. Really though, your sober words meant a lot because even my drunk self made sense out of it. I'm still suffering from that weekend... cold and sinuses, plus sore throat. Could be that, combined with first week of school, teaching, and running! Let me know if you are ever in the Bmore area!!

Hey Jay,
We didnt get to talk much until the after party but it was great getting to know you. I hope you had a safe trip back. The weekend went by way to fast. You will have to attempt to come to another Q out this way and if you do make sure you let the Powerhouse Crew know we will be there.

JAY omg i was looking for your name and i couldn't find you. I'm glad you requested me, Dude we shared alot of laughs and a few drinks, It was a crazy weekend. We all had such a great experience and witnessed fitness euphoria as Don likes to call it haha. I'm glad I got to meet you, your a great guy and maybe i'll see you at another quarterly someday?
