Fitness Works is looking for exceptional talent to join our Group Fitness Management team to inspire, coach and assess our world class team of instructors!

Do you have what it takes?

The Group Fitness Managerwill be responsible for (but not limited to) assisting the Group Fitness Director & other Group Fitness Managers in:
* Scheduling
* Planning, Promoting & Executing Special Events/Workshops
* Organizing & Implementing Initial & On-Going Instructor Trainings
* Planning & Presenting Instructor Meetings
* Maintaining accurate & thorough Class Data and Statistics
* Instructor Assessments

Your skills include: strong fitness background, supreme coaching skills, willingness to learn, team player, great organizational skills, outstanding communication, ability to deliver feedback, microsoft excel knowledge

You know you are the right person if: you love group fitness classes, you have the desire to progress in the fitness industry, you are goal-driven, you have a flexible schedule, you have a strong, aggressive & outgoing personality.

Positions available at our Mesa, Gilbert and Glendale locations.
Full-time 40 hour per week position
Salary plus commissions
