Hey Girl! i rec'd my video rec'd notification on the 3rd...and they just notified me monday that i passed! woohoo! they must have hired more assessors b/c the told me it would take 6-8 weeks - so i was really surprised it that it came back in 2 weeks
i just completed my 1st full marathon - the SA rock N Roll baby! had such a great time - hope to participate in at least the 1/2 going forward!
so what should i do next,,,,combat or attack?!?
i'm jealous you got to launch with Brannon...you lucky dog!

hey there! did your video pass? i just sent mine in last week....after 5 tapings!!! ugh...felt naked the first couple of classes i taught when i didn't have to carry my camera in!
how is it going? do you like 67? i really like - am teaching 3-4 classes per week with Gold's...and training for the marathon in 1.5 weeks!!! yikes

Sorry for the late reply -- our cable/internet has been out since 10/5. Congratulations on getting your video submitted. I am hoping to tape mine on 11/1 (the day after my birthday -- what was I thinking?!). No luck yet on getting my own class. Ike kind of put a damper on things. I am taking the opportunity to finally have my shoulder operated on -- 11/13 is the big day. The Dr. says I should be better than new in four weeks. Then no excuse for not doing push-ups on my toes!!
I stole your "the music's fading but you're not" cue from the squat track -- I love it!!! Look me up if you are in Houston!!

Hey Jenell good to hear that things are working out great for you! Awesome! Sorry about not being able to make it to any of your classes, I just started school last week and my schedule is all crazy and stuff!! But I will come by one day so that you can kick my Butt!! Hope all is well! Take Care.

Thank you Jenell, nice to get some encouragement. I really do hope I make a good instructor otherwise I will stay on the other side wise ass as usual!!! My husband is from Texas (Houston)so we are there often. Next time we are coming I will let you know may be able to arrange a class. I have given myself 6-12 months to get this instucting gig, then I will do either pump or flow or both, wait and see the demands it puts on my time.... I do not want it to take over...

Congratulations!! That is just great! I didn't know you had a BA class at Lake Line lol I'm so out of it lol Double duty in deed...I know how that goes :P I'm just gonna have to come check this class out one of these days ;) Best of luck!!!

Hey Jenell! How is everything? I have been meaning to message you back for a while now. Hey ,what location did you sign up for for AFAA. I signed up for the Lifetime Fitness location. I think I am going to be staying with a friend while I'm there so no need to worry about that. Thanks for the offer though. Let me know where you're going to be. Maybe we can meet up.
