my excuse for missing classes... "next week! :)" (ask suzy) guess you could say i was Thunderstruck this morning! cuz the loud repetitive thunder struck me as a good reason to sleep in. step launch was awesome last night! I got quite the workout :) and some pics.

Combat I had a vision and me and Daniel made a boxing ring set with polls and rope and I painted BODYCOMBAT on it. and I had a guy here screen print bodycombat on front and cage fighter on the back.
My last and final launch is tomorrow I need a vacation after that!!!

I did Flow launch Mon,
Taught new Pump Tues, also had to teach ALL of Flow Tuesday so cram my team teaching fell through last min. Jam launch in another Gym on Tues night after my combat class at a different gym 25 min away.
Wed taught new Attack. Only half I team taught thank GOD. Wed Combat launch
Thursday Attack Launch and Jam launch
Friday Combat Launch
Saturday teach new Pump then run and Launch Combat at Virginia Beach Gym.
Sunday teach pump and Combat solo
Attack Launch at VB. I had forgot I still have that one. GOOD TIMES

I see you are loving step. VERY pink. WOW.

I have 2 just 2 more launches of Combat. It is hard to launch every program and teach at 3 gyms. CRAZY!!!

Big D built me a boxing ring stands 4 of them and I am putting together black fencing to put it behind it. I wish you could be there.

Launched Attack and Jam tonight. I did the UFOOOO., Rocked. I made flying saucers out of frisbys and had lays for the groove down and we wore pinstrip pants and bright shirts. ANd had bright GREEN ballons and drew alien faces on it. FUN!!
