It is me who should be thanking you for allowing me to be up on stage with you. It's still a bit surreal to me the fact that WE are instructors and ARE teaching together. It seems like yesterday when we were tearing it up in step class, remember?? I am going to miss you tremendously.....

I am in town but I work night shift Wed night... 12 hours then up to make Thanksgiving Dinner...what was I thinking??? I love the poster that's up at Racine!!!!! It's perfect!!!

I am sooooo glad you were there today.... I just can't believe how that went. I felt out of my element.... I stayed for part of Marleah's step class and it was of course great.... I don't think it's Pump per say, it may have been that crowd??? Not sure?? But thanks for your support!!! It's nice to see you in class!!! I guess I need to take your attack class soon!!! Yes! I love ATTACK!! Well, I have a crazy school schedule and I was really tired of only teaching 6ams and only having PUMP classes. So when I asked Lisa about it, we had a few disagreements. The WAC rocks though! Teaching in an actual Gym is great! The music sounds amazing :) How have you been??? Hows ATTACK going???

Thanks!!! I was a bit nervous... my legs were shaking during the whole first track... not like me at all. But it was good... I think I'm going to start taping next Tues at PN. HOpefully I will be over this awful bronchitis.... kilklin' me... taught the worst Step class of my life tonight.... I just wanted to fall out on the floor... hate when that happens... hopefully I will see you soon!!! HOw is attack going for you??? I hear you are doing great!!!!

Hey Darling..! How far we've come haven't we? Who'd of ever thought that you and I would be up on stage one day teaching together.. How sweet life is... And how much sweeter it is to have the best workout partner in the world sweating next to me... And it's especially sweeter because you are also my partner in life... Can't wait to see you...
