Hi JJ, thanks for the message, I love PC too! I have not boarded there; I usually go to Snow Basin [MY FAVORITE] or Brighton. If you ever come to UT in the winter we will go! Im not that great but I have fun anyway! The snow here is amazing and surprising to some people so is the food. Im a big food lover… love trying new things and consider myself very knowledgeable on the places to eat here in UT.
As for the LM programs; to my own surprise, I am very passionate about them. I have actually thought about teaching but wonder if a am capable; I have a very sensitive heart, I know that might sound funny but my heart rate goes anaerobic much easier and faster than most people that are as conditioned as I consider myself. My instructors are so good, and my goal is to make it through class at the level that hey are teaching; If I can get to that point (..and I’m very close) I may pursue it.
You know what I have been looking for (after reading your page you might know)? I have been looking for a 1 week or 10 day retreat that is dedicated to conditioning but I want to find something put on by less mills or a retreat destination program that teaches all of the les Mills programs. Do you know anything like that?

Hi JJ,
722 barrs... slightly more than my record of 30 something! haha...
whoow, I see you have been to new zealand, it's my dream to go there and stand on that stage one day!
it's good being 16 now! still nobody beleives me, they all think I'm 18, which is quite a good thing when teaching at a young age!!
I would have loved to be able to say that I went to the PUMP training at age of 15 but guess I just have to do it at 16 now!
love, katie

Hey JJ,
How are you doing these days? Long time since we chatted. Hope your back is doing better. Body Vive is going GREAT! Averaging about 25 people in class. Getting ready for BodyStep this weekend. Wish me luck. I will be doubling up on the knee wraps. Hope to have you come visit soon. Keep in touch and take care of that back!
Yours in Good Health,
Suzie
