The Super Q was awesome! What an experience. It was great to meet many of the people that I talk to on this site..I only wish we had more time so that I could have met everyone else lol.

Next up...Tattoo! I have been wanting one for a while now. And, all my friends are doing it so why shouldn't I? lol I really like Cori B's tattoo...now I just have to get the guts to get one...I mean that's a long term committment...ya know?

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!

Actually, I have two loves in life...I'm a Special Educator and Les Mills Junkie...when I'm not at the gym or asleep, I'm usually with children. I love kids (I kinda wish I had some of my own...but then again it is nice to send them home at the end of the day)!

I'm fairly new to the fitness industry as I trained for PUMP in March '07, ATTACK in June '07, and COMBAT in Oct '07...I love it! Then, like any true addict, I said "enough." I'm stopping at three (at least for a year). Well I only made it nine months...FLOW became my latest endeavor in June '08.

I took my first PUMP class in 2005 and couldn't move right for a week. After that, my good friend Allison dragged me to her ATTACK class for her assessment video. I loved it! She got me hooked and since then I've changed my lifestyle, becoming more consistent with my workout schedule. I never EVER in a million years thought I'd be teaching Group Fit...but here I am...a long way from the dork in gym class who got picked last lol.

It has been an amazing journey for me (thanks for the push Allison!)! I've met so many awesome people and have learned A LOT.
