Love the pictures Justine.....SO envy you girls for doing the Zorbing, next time SO want to do that. My sleep pattern back to normal, that's whay I'm sending this to you early morning as got to go to my proper job in a little while.....boooo BUT usually round about 3pm I get all excited as I know I'm gonna be teaching later on.
I attended Mark Sinclairs BC class, he is such a cool instructor - so funny and makes you feel SO comfortable in the class.
better go to work now ;-(

Hi j what a lovely surprise to hear from you.I thought you had forgotten me. seems like you had am amazing time in NZ. how are things otherwise. Are you still looking as wicked as ever. I bet you are.
Me i am still trying to stay in shape. not doing as much as i used to. Running and squash is no more. Now its just road and mountain biking and of course 4x a week spinning. In august I was invited to a spinning event, naturally as an instructor. That was the cats pyjamas. We had one thousand bikes divided into two tents next to a huge lake.One music system and two instructors for each class. I rode with Roy another black guy he is poetry in motion on a bike so you can understand what a class that was. It was absoutely jumping.
Next year me and a few guys are planning a two week tour in the French alps. That should be wicked.we will be taking in most of the big passes.That is something to really get me motivated and train even harder.
In answer to your question. No i hav'nt found the girl of my dreams. Still a sad lonely old man.Maybe you know of a nice girl who could make an old man happy Ha!! Ha!!.

How you doing ? I've slept so much since I got home and still feeling sleepy. Teaching FFY tmorow,that should get my a*se into gear.
Yes,I swung with the funny monkeys with the orange noses and elephants,saw the sultans palace....Justine,I don't know what makes me do these things.
