Oi Carla!
O Powerpool só está disponível na America Latina, em Portugal e Espanha. Nos Estados Unidos não há aulas pré-coreografadas dentro de água, pelo menos por enquanto... Penso que na Nova Zelândia não utilizam muito a hidroginástica, por isso é dificil a Les Mills investir num programa assim.
No próximo ano, em Abril ou Maio volto aos US:) Ainda não sei se irei para a Florida ou Caifornia. Viste ontem nas notícias o tremor de terra em LA?:( É assustador, a qualquer momento pode acontecer...

A Florida é o meu destino favorito para férias! Em Maio estive em Orlando e Miami e adorei. Espero voltar em breve!
O powerpool é uma aula muito divertida e é bem intensa. Costumas fazer aulas na piscina?
