Well, I'm the girl that swore up and down I'd never take (let alone teach) a Les Mills program!! My travels landed me in NY, and LMNE got a hold of me! Here I am teaching Bodypump and Bodycombat, and I just can't get enough of it!!!

My 3 crazy kiddo's (and an English Setter who thinks he's my 4th child) are the joy of my life! Katie Beth, Braden and little Gabby are future BP and BC instructors....they usually know the choreo before I do most of the time!! If we aren't practicing programs, we're at sports or dance practice or doing something totally silly. We also love to travel and find the silliest stuff to do wherever we go! WE LOVE THE WINTERS IN NY! What a blast you can have freezing your tushy off while sliding down a hill!

1. Les Mills changed my life on so many levels. People think I've gone MAD (I drank the koolaid and keep on drinkin'). I hope to be certified in all 8 programs one day (Bodycombat and Jam rock my world)!

2. When I was little, I cracked my head open hanging on a towel rack in the shower trying to be Mary Lou Retton. I broke my collar bone a few months later trying to be her again on the monkey bars....decided gymnastics wasn't for me. I won't get into all of the other injuries I had as a kid trying to be a superstar.

3. I love quotes, songs and movies that have meaning and cause people to quander.

4. I believe in accepting people as they are and helping people to see what is special about their individuality. Too often, people feel they need to change to be accepted....Be original!

5. I have three beautiful children, and they've taught me so much. They are my heart and soul. I can't forget Grant, the dog....he's really a child in a dog's body.
