Shawn Bendinelli - Advertising Director by day, Les Mills super hero by night.

I caught the Les Mills bug a couple of years ago getting my certification in Body Pump; and have continued the addiction with an RPM certification. Being that cycling has been a passion of mine for many years now, RPM seems to be a perfect fit for me; I have recently continued the passion with a Body Flow certification. I love the opportunity to help people achieve their goals and to push further then they ever thought they could. I am married to a real sweetie who has also become addicted to the Les Mills programs, and rocks the house as a Body Pump and RPM instructor!

Thanks so much for all those who supported my participation in the 2008 Live Strong ride in Austin. The event was a huge success, the RPM team raised over 34k for the fight against cancer. I am looking forward to next years ride and an even bigger representation from the Les Mills clan.

It was just a pleasure meeting you and your wife. You guys are awesome! I still laugh at the thought of you guys never haven ridden a tandem before..... troopers, that is what I call it!

Next year will be awesome for sure. Will keep you on the list as a participant - riding solo!
Tell Jeannette that the airfreshners must return as well. We've been getting so many comments on them. Pictures are coming soon, until then - stay safe.

Heather	I follow your thoughts completely...great combo with the 3 but RPM is my passion. I hear your concern. I've been able to get in some miles, but never enough. And it is so flat here that an anthill is considered a mountain. My hill training has been limited to overpasses and headwinds. We'll use that RPM strength to get us over the hills... Heather
