Happy be-lated birthday. I had a thing pop up on my myspace page saying someone had a birthday but when I clicked on it it said no one had a birthsay. Janine said you had a party I hope it was a blast. Hope your birthday was great take care see ya at the club.

Hey, hay Karen (no I didn't know mis-spell that, you teaching us the "horse-stance" right before the esquiva made me laugh...only when you said "get into like a horse stance" I was gonna go side-saddle =)
Thanks for an awesome class and all those front kick, back kick, front kick, back kicks! Can't wait to see what you girls are gonna do for Release 37...maybe some fangs!!

You're a dolphin trainer!!! WoW it's the most wonderful job in the world! If I wasn't a fitness freak I would have studied Marine Biology... I love the sea and the animals! I bet you learn a lot from them!

So when do you teach? I don't see you there a lot.. Is it early morning?? If so, that's why, cause I'm usually only there after 3 in the afternoon and then early Saturday mornings..

Hi Karen. I've been a member of the Club now for a few months. I see that you are a Combat instructor?! That's cool.. I love that class! The instructors are amazing! I see that you are from the east coast? Me too. Born in New Jersey, but raised in the south - South Carolina. I see you have Malia and J9 on your site; that means you gotta be one of the cool ones too.. See you around den..
