It is almost 6 1/2 years ago that i did my first les mills class. And i was sold immmidiatly!! I was hit by the les mills virus and more than a year later i become a instructor myself. My first program was bodyattack and followd by bodycombat and the last one bodypump.

Every class is different and unique!! It gives me more energie to see that the people having fun and enjoying what they doing. With a big smile on their faces.

Charlene the BP Queen	Hi Lady Di! Someday I'd like to swim taht close to dolphins! We have dolphins in our surf here but they aren't tame and never get that close to anyone. They are fun to watch from the shore out playing in the surf, or in the wakes off the bow or stern of a boat. Well, we have dolphins, royalty & LM in common! hehe Take Care & Keep on Turning It UP!
