Qualified To Teach

I am a student at UAB I will be graduating spring 09 with a degree in Health Information Management and I am very excited to be done with school!! I work at benders gym, I teach step and in August will be doing training for pump!!

I do triatholons and I love them!! so if anyone around is interested in training I would love a partner, someday I would like to do a marathon but as for now I will just stick with 10ks

I believe we write our own stories. And each time we think we know the end - we don't. Perhaps luck exists somewhere between the world of planning, the world of chance, and in peace that comes from knowing that you just can't know it all. You know, life's funny that way. Once you let go of the wheel, you might end up right where you belong.

Rachelle	I love the new pictures!! Looks like you guys had a blast!! Ive been able to run and do yoga and bodyflow a little but not nearly as much as i needed or wanted to! oh well when i get back its full blast!!OH yea how was bodypump training?? do you have it down yet?

I could not agree more with you - we do write our own stories!! I moved to the USA from Switzerland because of my ex-boyfriend, ended up not as wonderfully as anticipated, however, I met my husband and happy as can be - so it all worked out for the right reasons!
BA/BS instructor in the greater DC area, looking to add BP just like you, I hope for a training in the early fall.
Have you launched BS #72 yet? We are in the midst of launches, I personally have yet to launch BodyStep - but will do so next Saturday!

Rachelle	No dont have a mountain bike all i have is a bmx bike and that would be really hard and people would laugh at me! lol i jsut dont have any extra money to spend on one right now. so that stinks. Unless i can find some ones and use it. but ill have to look around. well im off to bed for the body flow training! YeahhhhAA. see you soon!
