Qualified To Teach

I have finally been inspired to finish my profile after 4 years :) I am so fortunate to say that I "grew up" in a gym, with my mom as an instructor and dad as a runner I have been around fitness my whole life! At the age of 16 I began to instruct step... I cringe to think about my 5 key elements....which led to instructing and personal training in college and after. Exercise has always been the one constant source of strength for me, so much so that I changed careers and went back to school for my MS in exercise physiology.

I have had jobs in every aspect of Fitness; from a director......down to gym front desk. Instructing is by far the love of my life!(my husband knows:) I dont think that I really understood the power of group fitness until becoming involved in Les Mills in 2005. After my first cert (AttacK) I not only was extremely humbled, but became aware of what an impact we, as instructors, can have on individual lives daily! Everyday my goal is to show people the strength that they have inside and help them to form healthy lifestyles. Keep up the good work my friends!!

Jennifer	It was no problem at all. I actually just got back home, after class Tuesday morning I took off to Vegas. Had a great time but good to be back to some normalcy. Did you have a good trip?

Brooke	Lauren holy crap! Whatcha doin in Tennessee woman? Wow and you have four programs under your belt now. I have some catching up to do. I finally graduated and now can add a new one but cant seem to decide what I want next ya know. This probably means that I will see you at the next quarterly right? Are we both south central? Keep in touch.

Hey there, I wasn't there either, my youngest one prayed to the porcelain God all night. So no sleep for me, and to top it off, I spend 3 hours at the doctors. But she is sleeping now, she got some catching up to do. Thank you for the ego bust, you know we all can use some once n a while. I had fun and count me in on the practice, I need it! By the way, your coaching is fun as well. Perfection Guaranteed!

Laine	Oh don't worry about missing the video taping. I had just enough people to tape it. I messed up some must do cues, so I'll re-tape Friday morning at 9:30 if you want to come? Yeah Combat kicked my but too. What a great idea from Brandi though to have us all together like that. It was fun!
