My Favourite Programs

Ever since I can remember I have been addicted to fitness, especially Karate ( I have a brown belt). So obviously BodyCombat is my favourite Les Mills program.
Besides being a combat junkie, I am actually a mother (of two very cute boys), and am happily married to Jonthan, who puts up with my addiction (most of the time).
I am here, because I'd love to make friends with other LM junkies around the world!
I would love to hear from anyone who cares to drop me a line or two, but just be patient because my English is not the best, and it may take me a bit of time to write back!

Wayne	Liat, BEen away for a while. Mud Runs totally out of hand. Last one on 10 Oct had us not only going through mud, sand and water, but also jello. pasta and flour. I was a total mess. I won my age group for the first time. BC launch this weekend for us, but I have to go to our property up north and winterize. First missed launch in 3 years:( I'll have to catch up. Take care. Wayne

I am sooo peeved that I'm sick and can't be there! :-( However, did you see that there is going to be BODYBALANCE on Monday nights (with Eitai) in Savyonim?
