Qualified To Teach

Mom and wife. BodyCombat, BodyStep and BodyPump trainer in Midwest.

In the pictures to the left you can see a picture of my mom who got me started in teaching by saying, "you could do that" while I was doing an exercise program at home. She didn't get to see me start my training career, but she encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks, Mom. :)

The Chicago Super was such a rush! Doing Pump with Susan and Steve Renata was inspiring. Vive with Susan again was so fun and energizing (except for those ham curls!).

Getting to see and teach to so many dedicated Combatters was the highlight. Sharing the stage with such amazing presenters (Kili, Josef and Peg) was an honor. Thanks to Sara K for inviting me to come.

Married 17 years on the 19th of October. Love that man!

Will be traveling south for Combat trainings in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas in November. Hope to meet you there!

Susie	So Lisa, I thought of you today as I was watching my soon-to-be-submitted Attack DVD. Why you ask? B/c I remembered the story that you shared about your friend who kept saying "Woo" during class. Oh my gosh, I could not BELIEVE how many times I said "Woo hoo!" :-) It's a sickness!! They should have support groups for this kind of thing.

LISA! I PASSED MY ASSESSMENT! Thank you for being awesome and sticking with me in training. I have recently gone back to 36, and have fond memories of track four (lets kick some zombie butt!) I went through pump training two weeks after combat...and passed that too! Its been a whole lot of Les Mills over the past few months...maybe one day ill catch up to all of your certs! See you at future quarterlies!
