Here comes my vita to show how i ended up as a LM Freak ! ;-)

In 1995 i graduated as a Sport Therapist and worked in the rehabilitation business for several years.
Sport was in my life since my childhood, starting with competitive swimming with 5 and doin' this till i was 20. After that my "Try out what seems to make fun" Period began, doin' Karate,American Football,Taekwondo,Wing Tsun,Triathlon. Free weight training was always part of my activities since we added it into our swimming training.

In 2003 i was ready for a change and therefore i began to work with handicapped children. The rehabilitation business made me sick in the end,because more and more restrictions from the goverment made it impossible for me to work the way i wanted to.

While doing this job i started to train in a fitness studio again. in the beginning only weight training and some cardio. One day an indoor cycling trainer ask me to join her class and THAT was it ! This experience changed my life. I was thrilled by this group fitness experience and some weeks later they asked me to help them out and teach an indoor cycling class. I loved it and did my first adducation ask a group fitness trainer for indoor cycling.

Some months later my life had changed totally. I became a freelancer and started to work in different fitness studios as a trainer and additionally as a group fitness trainer teachin' feestyle classes like Fatkiller, Ab Killer, Indoor Cycling, Spine & Back Groups and more. I did up to 14 classes a week and at weekends there was only sleeping/eating/breathing. ;-)
In february 2007 i got a job offer as trainer and group fitness manager in a studio close to the border of the netherlands. I said "YES" and my LM Journey began, 'cause when i arrived they gave me a DVD (BODYPUMP 60) and said "This is what we want you to teach" besides different freestyle classes. I watched BP 60 late in the evening and it totally flashed me from the beginning. No freestyle, choreographed group fitness training, what a crazy new experience. So i freed my mind from all prejudices and jumped into the LM world ! At the moment i teach 8 Pumpclasses per week, 2-4 Bodybalance classes and other stuff like spinning, back training,etc.

In April 2008 i started one of the biggest adventures in my life, i completed the first week of my training to become a Yoga teacher within 2 years. Yoga is what i was looking for !!! After so much years of sports, power, strength, i found out that there has to be more, that i have to go deeper and yoga is a perfectly balanced health system for me to get everything in the right place. I'm so lucky because my teachers are Glen Cheresoli and Lance Schuler, 2 australian yoga teachers with 30 years experience each in teaching and i've learned so much from them already.
