I love working out with you Michelle, you are so full of energy. You literally kick but in combat from the moment you press play. I wish I could become a part of the combat team, unfortunately my hectic schedule won't allow for it. Can't wait to workout with you again.

If you want to do BodyJam you need to sign up quick. The training may be cancelled due to lack of attendance. When are you going to do your video? Let me know if you need help. Oh and we are launching BodyCombat 36, July 19 thru July 25. We have the boots and the dress that Rach wore in the DVD, can you believe it!!!
