Qualified To Teach

AAAAHHHH a little bit of down-time. I

So I did my competition in Atlantic City at the
Atlantic City Pro. It was INCREDIBLE and felt great to get back on stage after a 3 year break. WHOOOO that was a long time away. I placed ninth which is pretty cool for a Pro level show so I was thrilled with that. BUT....here is one cool story I want to share with you....one of the competitors in my show looked amazing and she had made inspiring changes to her shape since I last saw her. So, I complimented her and asked her how she did it...she said " well, I do this really great workout, it's called BODYPUMP~~ OMG!!!! How cool is that??? Now that girl was speaking my language.

I teach BodyJam and BodyPump at the Arena Club in Bel Air Maryland. BodyVive is my next program goal.

I'm a National Trainer and Presenter for both BodyPump and BodyJam and was just recently named ProTrainer for North America under the leadership of our new North American Program Coach Mysti Ogelsby.

hmmm, dinner at your place...was AMAZING...believe me-once I'm in the area you may have me knocking on your door AT LEAST once a week! ;)
Speaking of the move... I took a car load up last weekend pre-Q..but then came back to VA for re-pack and to do the family thing for Turkey Day. I'm North-bound again this weekend and as of 12/1 in the office full time!!!!!
Let's you, me and H.B get a gals night sorted ASAP.
