i havent had my confirmation yet so dunno where but could be at any of the gyms .. might be at the same place u went :) i need to get in gear and attend the one at ff in mansfield just hope my knee is ok with the poses .. i know lots that couldnt do the poses but got better as they went along so i m hoping after the module i can progress and progress while teaching but it is said that bb will make my combat better in terms of kicks and hip openers in balance are good as my hip flexors are tight ..plus pump makes u tight and i dont make time to stretch so will benefit me and i can be at one with myself :) the full triangle..:)

hmm dunno whether they would get a licence but that would be great cause i know that all the combatters and alot of the pumpers would do it and i would be up for doing the triple :) might ask paula once ive done it and as i ve dropped 2 classes there its not as if i have lots of classes so cant see why not ;).. hmm must get a pedicure hahahaha my feet i hate em ..
but then i look at some feet atleast mine are smooth and not flakey and dry :o ...big though :)

yeah good booked for balance now :)
Haven't booked anything else as they are still trialing vive and I'm not sure I want to do rpm so just doing balance for now :)
Timetable finally sorted had so much grief already haven't even put it up !!

I live in Oxford, where abouts do you live!
I know I had to sprint to get to the front, i couldn't go all that way and not be in the DVD!! I loved it, it was the best experience i've ever had.
