BACK TO BLONDE...

Who knew that a little trip to Peoria, Illinois for a BodyPump training would be such a life-altering experience? I did my Pump training about 6 years ago (Release 42), and have since added Flow, Step and Jam.

I am now a Les Mills Trainer for FLOW and PUMP. I feel so privileged to share my passion with others and to help them get started on their own personal journeys.

I have two beautiful daughters (ages 2 and 4). They keep me very busy, and I have no doubt they will be future instructors...they love to perform!

Midwest Quarterly - what an AMAZING experience!! It was great to get to share the stage with all my FLOW sistas!

Hey, hey PUMP Rockstars of Columbia, MO! It was great to be back in my old stomping grounds! Way to rise to the challenge! I was so impressed with how hard you worked and how you all came together as a team! Keep it up, and remember to always "GO HARD!"

Way to BRING IT Evansville! It was great to see you all come together as a team to endure the "three years" this weekend! Way to step up to the challenge! I will remember you all when I "propose" during lunges this week!

August 2008:
Trainer Summit and Super Q - NY: What a great week! It was so much fun to get to hang with the North American Training Team (WE ROCK),not to mention all of the Program Directors and Coaches. I learned so much this week, and I can't wait to share these experiences in my classes and trainings! Hopefully it won't be a year before we are all together again!
