Hey M:-)
How is the new BodyPump realise? I start soon after the hard periode. It is blown up... After some time-problems with the L.M-program each week at the club. Pluss importent training I have to do in without the program. I start with BodyPump as restitution-traing. Don't tell me it is a hard class:-P. The B.C-instructers who did not have seing me for some weeks, start to ask questions abaut where I am and exc... They will lounch B.C. 37 in two weeks;-).
Have a great weakend:-)

Did you hinting to say I have to chouse between B.A and B.C from now:-P? It is hard to have two BodyAttack-classes and BodyStep before a BodyCombat ordinary (in my gym they don't have more then one BodyCombat a week). But I stand on my point that they have to train more the feet becous that have being weak-point in BodyCombat b4. Did you like the movie I sent you:-)?

Hi Michele:-D
I only tell the facts, michele:-). You wos the first to tell, and systimaise the criteria for what who burn callories in a BodyCombat-class. And that make scill and experience. I have heard some roumeres about the same in my gym, but they came from older aerobich-instructers. I have heard the same from my own B.C-instructer;-). The new realis is hot. I like this one. But There is some missing in it. I hope they are filled in. But the good stuff is it is harder, and give potential for fitness-training for the leggs, and more challenging then the last one. The fitness-training for the feets have being a miss in previus B.C.-realises... Therfor you have to support it with some alternativ training, running, B.A, step exc, for make progress and better scill for kicking.
Have a great week:-)

Let me know your launch dates! Do you usually launch on Weds or Sats?
I'd love to be there - and I'm sure my buddy Kathy would too!
I will get my paperwork in - didn't realize you're needing subs!
