08/22/08: I'm LEGIT! RPM Certification is done and done! Got my assessment back today and I nailed it! YEAH BABY!

AUSSIE! AUSSIE! AUSSIE!
OY! OY! OY!

I'm a 26-year-old displaced Australian BodyPump and BodyCombat instructor, currently living in Orange County, California.

I started with BodyPump training in 2005, with no instructing experience, and added BodyCombat just recently in October 2007. I love these programs, being a part of the Les Mills global community, and I just love my classes and participants.

BodyPump was my first Les Mills love, and I have loved every second of participating in and instructing in this program. No matter the mood I'm in, getting up there and working with my classes to push themselves and have fun for that hour always cheers me up, and I love seeing their progress, enjoyment, and even grimaces! (In fact, I think I like those best. LOL!)

My friend Natalie and I are starting BodyCombat from scratch at Custom Bodies Fitness in Irvine, and it is so amazing seeing these members experience the program for the first time and just falling in love with it, and making great strides in their fitness and technique in such a short amount of time. I can't wait to see where they are in six months and how far I know they will come.

If you ever wanna stop by, I teach at Gold's Gym in Huntington Beach (BP on Monday nights at 6.30pm, and Thursday mornings at 5.15am) and Custom Bodies in Irvine (BodyCombat on Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8.15am.)

Did you hinting to say I have to chouse between B.A and B.C from now:-P? It is hard to have two BodyAttack-classes and BodyStep before a BodyCombat ordinary (in my gym they don't have more then one BodyCombat a week). But I stand on my point that they have to train more the feet becous that have being weak-point in BodyCombat b4. Did you like the movie I sent you:-)?

Hi Michele:-D

I only tell the facts, michele:-). You wos the first to tell, and systimaise the criteria for what who burn callories in a BodyCombat-class. And that make scill and experience. I have heard some roumeres about the same in my gym, but they came from older aerobich-instructers. I have heard the same from my own B.C-instructer;-). The new realis is hot. I like this one. But There is some missing in it. I hope they are filled in. But the good stuff is it is harder, and give potential for fitness-training for the leggs, and more challenging then the last one. The fitness-training for the feets have being a miss in previus B.C.-realises... Therfor you have to support it with some alternativ training, running, B.A, step exc, for make progress and better scill for kicking.

Have a great week:-)
