Doing both:)
i am a part time studio and events manager at fitness first in derby and still doing most of my classes at Bs ..

Hey Michelle, sorry its taken me time to get back to you but things have been pretty much mental here one way or another. We've been doing BC36 for a couple of weeks now and its going down a storm here in all 3 bc classes I do. Apart from BC33 (which Im in) this has gotta come close to being my fav release. T4 is one awesome track, though i gotta admit I was abit worried about the claw aspect of it, but hey it works. But think my fav track has gotta be the cooldown, that is one wicked track, love the music, so powerful.
Congrats on your launch, by the sounds of things it went really well for you, how cool is that. We can all do with a confidence boost at time, geeze i know I could use one, lol

hey gilr yea i aint been on this for freakn ages im goin good ta n urself?
yea been doin cover doin my video this sunday i did it b4 and ran out of space during abs so this is my 2nd turn

yeah they were wicked both launches the new ones have been going down a storm:)
dressed as zombie pirates for first one then in traditonal for 2nd :)check out the pics up top...my faces lasted til end of wup :( amandas she was still peeling t off in pump...
what bout u u taught it yet i suppose now ya dot have to wait for launches must be soo much better eh;)
how is ur class going have u got anymore???

yeah loved it was abit not with it sat mnin after fri nite:o but soon woke up in combat..
But thats better aint it so u could just start teaching it straight away eh;)
We are launching on the 28th pirates and wenches theme:) amanda is now a instructor so will be tting with her ..
did u hear m shout out from rach in t5 :) i was beaming like a cheshire cat :)
