My Favourite Programs

Profile

I attend Attack, Combat and Pump classes as often as possible. Attack is my favourite and has helped me lose over 5 stones (35KG) in 11 months.

I work shift work and different hour days so it is hard t always attend the same classes, so I go as often as I can..It is awesome.

My goal would be one day to be a combat instructor, but since I only been doing combat for 4 months, I have alot to learn..

I wish Les Mills would have been around when i was at school and I think it should be a part of every school cariculum and available to the wider communities with government funding as it is a truly sensational and enjoyable way to lose weight, get fit feel great and combat obesity

Hi! So you've tried BC37 - yes, I have been rehearsing it tonight - waiting to launch soon - so have been getting my costume ready. We usually try to dress up for the launch to make it more interesting. Just trying to get the chory in my head!
Continue enjoying it...I can't wait for 37 to be out there!
Anyway have had a very long week/weekend - so need my beauty sleep. Hope you get to all your classes and don't have too heavy a flight schedule! Keep safe.
xx

Hey good to hear from you! Have you been busy at work? I am going to Perth with Lee for a long week on Saturday. It's a long week as we have a bank holiday here. How is your girlfriend. I'm sorry I've forgotten her name, sorry. I've just ordered my official instructor gear from New Zealand it is wicked, I can't take it all in. I love what you wrote about that Les Mills should be in the school curriculum. It so should be! Anyway, looking forward to hearing from you soon. I will email you my contact details. Take care, lots of love - keep it real and stay with the fight! Les Mills rocks! XX :0)

Sarah and I did our Combat Instructor's course together. I do cover classes in combat. The new release is wicked - but no doubt most places won't launch until October - because these next few weeks are the workshops. So which ever one you get to - if you are used to BC36 - that should be a breeze. I am teaching a mixture of stuff at the mo - from 25, 28, 34, 35 and 36 - makes it a bit more interesting. My fave track is still zombie - that is just awesome!

A fly boy - hehe - I am flying Easyjet to Nice at the end of October out of Stansted - would be funny if you were actually flying.

I will try attack one day. I love combat and currently do combat and pump - 14 classes a week as a participant. I understand the weightloss thing - I lost 3 st in the last 18 months or so. So well done you. I do lots of classes but I also do a lot of weight-training - that's my bag.

Drop me a line anytime.

Hey Michael...so you know my mate Sarah....all getting settled in Oz now...I miss her!

Congrats on your success - 5 st in 11 months - that's awesome.

Attack is one discipline I won't try yet...scares the hell out of me! But I am hardcore combat so switching to trying attack might take a while! I qualified as a BC instructor back in May - but just submitted my video .... waiting for the results!

So you do shift work? What do you do? And if you know Sarah....are you based in Southampton?..Would be cool to chat!

Take care. Chainey x

it makes you wonder what we did before the gym, i have been doing combat and pump now for over 18 months, i swim at least once a week and go in the gym once a week too, but would sooner do combat everyday if i could:)

Yeah i agree, i sit at a desk most of the day, everyday looking into a computer screen, so need the exercise, and the need to get rid of the daily stresses of work.

Hi Michael

Just wanted to congratulate you on your weight lost, what an amazing achievement.

I've been doing combat for nearly 2 years and pump for 1. Only started Attack a couple of weeks ago and I'm really enjoying it. I'm hoping to have similar success to yourself.

Take care!
