Hi there! I always love to read your post at the community forum! I'm a jammer from heart and always have loved it since I started as a student at my gym.
Now I'm taking Jam module myself next nov 14th and I can't wait I'm so excited!!!!
I'll be starting with BJ 50 and I'll be honored if you could give me feedback later on, as well as giving me advice to be a better instructor everyday =D
So I hope we can become good friends, I'll hope to keep hearing from you here as well as in the forum

Hey there
Thanks for you insight on my post in the forums. Suggesting Aqua is a great idea for this bothersome participant who never even meets the minimum physical requirements for Pump class.
It's a perfect idea- although I'd RATHER tell her that when she starts showing me she can Pump with the requirements of the rest of us, I'll consider her requests to tone down on the tunes. If not, then she can take a hike or go to someone else's class and pester them.
But Aqua is a perfect class for her, and there is a pool at that very gym too.

Yah!! BEACH!!
Not at the moment as we're in the depths of grey,windy and wet..enough to rip my shadesail in half..although, I may head to the coast next week as I'm taking a day off...
Are those your puppies?(bloody hell, best watch how I phrase considering the last message..)..my boofy boxer would enjoy playtime with them..he never learnt that boxers aren't "meant" to like water as he has managed to swim out to me, jump on my board and surf it in..
