Hey Guys,

Makeba here, If its easier you call me Mak, Keebs or Keba whatever works. I am extremely passionate about what I do and that is dance and fitness.
I have a the best job in the world; I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and Sports Studies.

I am Certified Personal Trainer, Body Jam Instructor, and Body Jam Trainer. Fitness has been a vital part of my life for as long as I can remember(thanks Dad). I was born in St. Croix(USVI),grew up in Antigua (West Indies), but I now live in Sunny, HOT Tampa. Woooooooooo, talk about heat!!!!!! Hey, I would love to talk to and meet my fellow Les Mills instructors so.......

Update:

Just returned from the North American Trainer Summit. It was great to connect with old friends and make some new ones. To all the new Trainees Welcome to this wonderful passionate Tribe of Trainers. Kind of weird to say that since I too was a Trainee last year, LOL. You guys are awesome. See ya next year if not sooner.

If not you should mass e-mail the team and see if someone ended up with an extra. Hope your travels home were safe and uneventful... except for the return home.
