Qualified To Teach

OK….I am finally getting with the Program and updated my Profile….I want to reach all that have trained with me and teach with me…so Holla!

I took a drink in Aug 05 with my first format in BodyFlow, Kim Blake was my trainer and first LM inspiration, and haven’t stopped since. My Les Mills Kool-Aid is almost full. I teach A LOT of the LM formats, including freestyle EVERYTHING. More inspirational trainers: BodyAttack: Darren, RPM:Cyndee R.; BodyJam:Mysti O., BodyPump Tara G., BodyStep:Joella. During each quarter, I experience a Les Mills HIGH! (if ya know how it is to have 6 choreo notes traveling in the brain). Who is responsible for me saying “Nice” all the time? I must find a new word to say.

Fitness is my passion and I have somehow turned Fitness into a second career. I have taught for 15 years certified as a Group Ex instructor with AFAA in 1992 and Personal Trainer. I have a Master’s degree in Education and have worked for 3 members of Congress on Capitol Hill for over 12 years. I have 2 girls that keep me on my tutus. Because I am such a good mom, they know most of the songs for all the programs that I teach and they actually wait when my dvd packs come in the mail because then they know that they get really cool music downloaded on there iPods. Jackie Mills should know that my 4 year old practice BodyFlow with me, in the current release she loves hip openers and the Marichi pose, she is really good at it and better than me. Lisa O, you should know that my daughter love’s “Kiss the Sky”. We run around the house doing jogs and high kicks. I am proud to know that my daughters will carry on the Les Mills Tradition and Legacy.

I would love to go over to NZ for a tapping. So, I am reaching out to all my peeps and email me if you are interested in planning a GROUP USA TRIP. HOLLA!

Juan	GOOD! I love south arlington...lots of energy! no LOW! oh no! lol. i teach next week officially!!!! i just went down there last night to get the feel of it and scope out the scene!

Joella	I haven't gotten an invitation either! ha ha We do all need to get together though - it will be a good excuse to have good food and some drinks with friends. Let's just hope the video doesn't suck. That would be really embarassing. Haven't seen you in awhile - hope you're doing well. Probably teaching like crazy as always eh? :) I will hopefully see you this week at one of the meetings.

Kristen L.	Hey Nekea! I am reaching out to my Attack Training buddy :) BA 53 seems like forever ago!! How are launches going for you? We launch this weekend up in Rockville.
