I was NEVER physically active growing up. I lived on chocolate and cigarettes in my teens. I started dating the love of my life in 96 and slowly started changing my ways but I could easily eat 3 meals a day out of a vending machine if he would have let me. Once we got pregnant with our first daughter I knew things had to change for her. I joined a small gym when she was 2 and then I got pregnant with our second daughter and we moved to Florida. I thought being a stay at home mom with dogs was enough because I was eating better and chasing them around but it started to catch up to me. So we joined Lifestyle's in Jan. 2008. I instantly fell in love with LFF because of the group fitness. Everyone is so positive. I was also inspired to start running and now I have ran in 4 5K races. In April I started working in the Kid's Club for the free membership and in July the wonderful Susan Dietz (GFM) asked me to take the certification for BodyAttack. I was thrilled! I have had overwhelming support. I am so nervous and frustrated that I am not perfect yet but I am so happy that I have been given the opportunity to start this journey. I am truly blessed and so thankful for that. I love BodyAttack!
